Dear Bdy,

I know it’s kinda unfair to you cos when I’m out with my friends, I forget the world and ends up going back home late but when I’m with you, I’ve always wanting to go home early despite knowing that we’ve got limited time in our hands.

You know the reason why I did that and I just don’t know how am I to tell you this again, the reasons. It just happens that luck wasn’t at your side honey, that my parents just have to working the morning shifts or either not working when I’m out with you. Yes, it’s a self-imposed curfew I’ve made for myself but this is for the better cos I’m still under my parent’s wings. They gives me what I am now and I just have to show to them that I’m not like my sisters too.

I don’t know how I can make it up to you. I just need your coorperation and understanding. It’s really difficult when you keep putting me in that situation. Why I’m out late is cos I don’t usually meet my primary school mates and why is it so hard for you to understand? Besides, my parents are working at night and I’ve only got freedom till 1am. It’s not all the time that I’m doing this.

Baby, I want you to know that I’m really sorry if I have to limit myself to you. I’m still a young girl which need to live up to my parent’s expectation. I can’t always make them call me when I’m out late with you. They will surely know when I’m out with you. I’m doing this for the sake of us also, dear. What if my parents blacklist you? I can’t let that happen. As it is now, my parents are doing so to both of my sis and you’re one left standing.

‘Nuff said. Just to let you know that I don’t want this arguement to turn to a fight. I don’t want drama this Ramadhan but I know God is giving me challenge. Let’s just hope we can succumb this together. I love you bby, always have.
